There could be two reasons: (1) Make sure that there are no pop-up blockers running on our computer; and (2) Sometimes Adobe® Reader® doesn't open a window on your screen, (it creates another button on the bottom of your page, or if an Adobe® Reader® window is already open, it simply changes the contents of that window), so if the document you seek doesn't appear on your screen, click on the buttons at the bottom of your page.
